O australiano Michael Matthews (Orica-GreenEdge) venceu nesta quarta-feira (11 de março) a 3ª etapa da Paris-Nice e assumiu a liderança geral, com vantagem de 1 segundo sobre Michal Kwiatkowski (Etixx-QuickStep).
Dois italianos, Davide Cimolai (Lampre-Merida) e Giacomo Nizzolo (Trek Factory Racing), ficaram em 2º e 3º, respectivamente.
